1. Less stressed
Ever since I
decided to change my lifestyle into more positive and healthy. I have
been feeling less stressed. My assumption is that working out has helped
relieve some of the stress. It really feels amazing not to be stressed out all
the time!

2. More energy
Before
I transformed my lifestyle, I use to have no energy, especially in the winter!
Eating healthier, working out regularly and keeping those nasty negative thoughts
out of my mind have helped so much! I can honestly say at least 5 days a week I
wake up happy and well rested!
3.
More confident
Many people don’t
realize how healthy it is to be confident in your own skin. Many people want to
change their body or looks. I have noticed once I become comfortable with
myself I am much happier!
4.
Don't sweat the small stuff
This is a huge
one! I use to always get stressed out and get anxious about almost everything. It
is so important to try your best not to worry about things that are out of your
control! It can be so difficult but the benefits are amazing!
5.
Healthy relationships
Overall, changing
my lifestyle has changed relationships with my family and friends. It is so
much more fun to not constantly worry about things. I am the type of person to
always have to make a plan or schedule for events and this drives people crazy.
I been having a lot more fun with just going with the flow!

I am constantly on the move for my job and sometimes find it hard to work out and try to eat healthy. When I do have a great session at the gym I feel 100 times better than if I did not go. ReplyDeleteGreat post and idea's! It is crazy how much I used to let the small stuff get to me. It caused so much stress in my life, caused me to have a lot less energy as well! I enjoyed this blog because I can relate to it a lot!
