I am currently a Walsh College student and new
to blogging. I am here to help motivate others to be more positive and healthy!
As of 2016 I have decided to change my life around! I have been working out 5
days a week and eating more healthy meals. But that is just part of changing
your life! It is so important to have more positive thoughts. You need to start
thinking positively compared to negatively. Don't think of things you can't do
and start thinking of things you can do! Always remember that anytime you
change something, it takes times! So please do not get discouraged if you do
not see a change in the first weeks. The times I am down on myself or not motivated
I begin to look at positive and motivational quotes. This has really helped for
me! It is so important to have someone helping you because it is so easy to get
off track, therefore, it is so beneficial to have someone else making this
change with you! It is okay if you can't find someone to tag along on this
positive change, because I am here to help you! I can't wait to hear from
everyone and I hope my blog brings happiness to your life!
